All items are shipped from Hervey Bay QLD, Australia.

Shipping Process:

1. You place your order for our product(s).

2. Your cleared payment is received and your order is packaged and posted via Australia Post (within 2 business days).

3. You receive your order.

Your item is posted via Australia Post. We endeavour to fill all orders received within 2 business days of the order's cleared payment being received.

The fees below encompass a number of different combinations of items.

*Please note: November 2016 Australia Post increased their postage fees. Therefore, we have been forced to change some of our domestic postage rates as well. We apologise for the rise, but it is unfortunately out of our control. Please remember that we do need to cover the cost of packaging as well (envelopes, bubble wrap, etc.)

We also aim to refund any additional postage paid. If you paid via Paypal, the difference between the postage/packing fee paid and the actual postage/packing fee cost will be refunded back to you via Paypal. If you paid via bank deposit, please contact us prior to paying for your order so that we can advise you as to the actual cost of packing/postage on your items purchased.

International Shipping

International shipping is done via Air Mail, which generally takes 3-20 business days.

Prices for international shipping are determined on weight and country shipped to.

Please email us before purchasing if you would like a shipping quote for International shipments.

Returns Policy:

Wholesale Hair Clips does our best to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. We strongly recommend that you include specific instructions with colour choices if you are deviating from the standard colours of the item(s) you are ordering. If we do not have the colour of item that you have requested, we will contact you and provide you the colour choices we have or give you the option of canceling your choice of the item.

If, in the unlikely event, that the quality of your purchase was not up to your standard, please contact us within 10 days after you have received the item(s) and tell us what the problem is. We will do our absolute best to resolve your issue(s) with our product(s) in a timely manner.

Please note that due to the nature of our product and hygeine standards, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size/colour/item ordered, or dislike of actual colours of the item (unless specific colour choices were made by the customer and not adhered to by Wholesale Hair Clips).
