1.  Do you offer Registered/Express Post?

Yes we do. Please click here to add either Registered or Express Post to your cart.

2. What if you don’t have the colour I have requested for my item?

We will contact you as soon as we realise that the item is out of stock. We will give you the option of either substituting another item for the out of stock item, or offer a refund for the items out of stock or your entire order if you would like to cancel it.

3.  Do you ship overseas?

Yes we ship overseas. We only charge the actual cost for postage overseas and postage times vary. To find postage estimates for your item(s), either contact us directly or visit www.auspost.com.au.

4.  What type of payment options do you have for domestic payments?

We accept PayPal, direct bank deposit/transfer or postal money order.

5.  What type of payment options do you have for international payments?

We only accept PayPal for international orders. This is due to fees incurred by us from our financial institution and currency fluctuations.

6. Do you offer settlement terms or credit lines?

At this point in time we require full payment of orders before we will ship the entire order.
