Conditions of Use

I understand that by ordering from Wholesale Hair Clips I may be purchasing an original, one of a kind, handmade product. I understand that the product may differ slightly from the product photo in regards to size, embellishment placement and/or exact embellishment shown. I understand that the product that I am purchasing may appear in person to be a slightly different colour from its appearance on my computer screen. I understand that I am purchasing an item that may contain small parts and accept all liability in regards to the choking and ingestion hazard that this may pose. I understand that all prices displayed are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). I also understand that if my postage cost paid is $2.00, my item is unable to be tracked and I will not hold Wholesale Hair Clips liable if my parcel is mishandled or lost by Australia Post.

Problems With Your Order:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately to notify us of the issue. We will do whatever we can to resolve the problem.

We do hope that you enjoy your product. However, in the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you the purchase price of the item(s) within 10 days of the purchase date. All you have to do is notify us via email ( that you will be returning the item(s). Then, post the item(s) back to us in the condition which you received them. Please note that 'purchase price' does not include the shipping costs. We do not accept items that have been worn or used, as this presents hygiene issues.
